Camera/Lens Technique: Depth of Field

I used the microphone as the focus point and the model in the distant is out of focus.


Unfortunately the model in the background looks much darker than it did on my computer therefore its not as effective.

Depth of field is the amount of distance netween the nearest and farthest object that appear in sharp focus in the photograph.

Below is an example of depth of field. The way the flowers in front are in focus and the further away from the camera the more out of focus they become
